Welcome to the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes Sex Offender Registry Website. The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes enacted the Sex Offender Registration Code (“SORC”) in Ordinance No. LWOR-2010-S11 on July 26, 2010. SORC requires all qualifying sex offenders who work, go to school, or reside within the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes’ jurisdiction to register with the Tribes. It also establishes this publicly accessible Registry. It is maintained by the Fort Hall Police Department.
